What you'll be doing

Lead manufacturing, assembly, and packaging operations including scheduling and work order creation
Conduct daily production area cleaning to maintain GMP standards and operate production equipment
Train, mentor, and coach Manufacturing Technicians on GDP and GMP regulations
Lead Tier 1 meetings focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance
Perform ERP system transactions and escalate issues to supervisors or management
