  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production processes using data-driven approaches
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, and R&D teams to implement sustainable manufacturing solutions
  • Conduct on-floor process troubleshooting and troubleshoot batch chemistry and large-scale equipment issues
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards
  • Mentor and train manufacturing personnel on processes and procedures
Compensation$72,600–$108,900 base
