- Provide hands-on engineering support for mechanical, automated, and PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment in GMP production
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions
- Lead manufacturing engineering projects from problem identification through implementation and qualification
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, upgrades, and process validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ execution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles to reduce downtime and manufacturing cost
