What you'll be doing

Develop, maintain, and improve efficient assembly processes for medium to high-volume production lines
Specify, document, qualify, and implement manufacturing fixtures and equipment
Design and execute validation tests to verify process stability and capability for consistent results
Support design for manufacturability reviews to identify critical design characteristics and optimize assembly technology
Lead cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
