What they're looking for

- Demonstrated ability to independently develop and validate analytical methods per ICH Q2 and Chinese Pharmacopoeia standards
- Experience with qPCR, digital PCR, CE, HPLC instrumentation and troubleshooting
- Competency in genetic analysis software, data processing, and statistical analysis
- Minimum two years relevant research or development experience; master's graduates may be recent graduates
- Strong English reading and writing skills; excellent documentation and cross-functional collaboration abilities
What you'll be doing
- Develop and validate analytical methods including specificity, accuracy, precision, linearity, and stability testing
- Design and establish nucleic acid quantification, sequencing, PCR, and chromatography-based analytical methods
- Independently conduct nucleic acid extraction, enzyme activity assays, and optimization experiments
- Prepare method validation protocols, technical reports, SOPs, and technology transfer documentation
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments; collaborate with quality control and R&D teams on data review and issue resolution
