Role summary

- Knowledge of cGMP, ICH, FDA, EMA regulations and Quality Management principles
- Strong quality mindset and team collaboration skills
What you'll be doing
- Lead and manage a team of 6-10 QA specialists; drive performance, metrics, and budget achievement
- Serve as Qualified Person for large molecule products and provide timely quality advice on cGMP issues
- Lead complex site investigations and ensure CAPA implementation and effectiveness within agreed timelines
- Manage resolution of unexpected quality or compliance issues across the site
- Support inspection readiness and manage regulatory inspection processes
