- Oversee work order coordinators and specialists, providing guidance and strategic direction
- Handle unplanned orders by assessing material availability and communicating delivery commitments
- Prepare weekly and monthly production plans incorporating demand projections, lead times, and inventory targets
- Lead daily schedule reviews, analyze variances against plan, and drive schedule reporting for financial accuracy
