Role summary

Build relationships with customer stakeholders across clinical, operational, procurement, finance, and executive functions
Own warranty conversion, renewal, and upsell pipeline execution with accurate forecasting and account planning
Coach capital sellers on service value proposition, plan differences, and commercial handoffs
Lead account reviews to identify risks, dependencies, and actions needed to achieve commercial objectives
