Role summary
Amgen seeks a Finance & Administration Manager in Hyderabad to support JAPAC finance operations, including month-end close, cash-flow forecasting, financial controls, audit coordination, and statutory compliance. The role reports to the Senior Manager of JAPAC Finance and requires 8-12 years of accounting or finance experience.

- 8 to 12 years of accounting and/or finance experience
- Knowledge of financial close, accruals, journal entries, cash-flow forecasting, and reconciliations
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Excel, or business intelligence tools
- Understanding of US GAAP, local GAAP, and statutory reporting requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate across functions and multiple time zones
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate F&A close and reporting activities including accruals, journal entries, payroll preparation, and local GAAP posting
- Prepare and maintain monthly cash-flow forecasts and support intercompany payment processes and bank reconciliations
- Support transfer-pricing calculations, management-fee adjustments, and GTN settlement reviews
- Prepare financial reporting packages with reconciliations between US GAAP and local GAAP
- Support statutory and internal audits, coordinate audit responses, and maintain supporting documentation
