What you'll be doing
- Provide technical expertise and leadership for parenteral drug product manufacturing troubleshooting across all processing stages
- Build and maintain relationships with contract manufacturing partners, Global Operations, and internal process teams
- Lead cross-site teams to identify issues and drive process improvements for sterile operations
- Support technology transfer, process characterization, and validation for commercial drug product processing
- Visit contract manufacturing sites to support production milestones and conduct technical evaluations
