Lead team in establishing build-to-run operating model for capability sustainment and continuous improvement
Execute value frameworks and publish quarterly reports demonstrating efficiency, accuracy, and decision-quality improvements
Lead prioritization and portfolio governance for Advanced Capabilities initiatives based on business impact and capacity
Lead, coach, and develop Advanced Capabilities COE team members across multiple management levels
