What you'll be doing

Lead, develop, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of analytics, reporting, and data engineering professionals
Partner with commercial, clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize analytics initiatives
Provide technical direction for Tableau dashboards, Epic Clarity reports, and Databricks data pipelines and integrations
Establish reporting governance practices including development standards, documentation, testing, and lifecycle management
Build team engineering capabilities through coaching and hands-on opportunities in data modeling, automation, and scalable solution design
