Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Provide monthly and ad hoc resource insights and analytics to assigned functional areas with trend and risk interpretation
- Own end-to-end resource forecasting models including supply-demand analysis, attrition, throughput, and capacity measures
- Partner with functions to validate, deploy, and monitor forecasting models to ensure business fitness and integrity
- Translate complex analyses into concise, executive-ready summaries and visualizations for senior leadership
- Enable financial planning cycles through partnership with Finance and Business Operations leadership
