Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Supply Chain Launch Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain execution for new product introduction projects within the Orthopaedics division. - Medical device, pharmaceutical, or biologics industry experience preferred
- Six Sigma, Process Excellence, or PMP certification preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end supply chain execution for NPI and lifecycle management projects from strategy through global launch
- Partner with Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to develop strategies and provide resource prioritization
- Develop operations strategy, assemble cross-functional team, and execute project plan from charter through manufacturing handoff
- Build and coach cross-functional teams while communicating risks, issues, and opportunities to management
- Develop launch readiness plans and support manufacturing scale-up for new product launches and long-term supply strategies
