What you'll be doing

Design agent workflows including prompts, context retrieval, tool selection, and incident reasoning logic
Build and maintain evaluation harness with ground-truth datasets, metrics, regression tests, and error detection
Define reasoning guardrails for agent conclusions, confidence thresholds, and human-deferral criteria
Convert operational runbooks and domain expertise into machine-usable context and knowledge bases
Pilot and measure agent-assisted operational workflows to demonstrate toil and MTTR reduction
