What you'll be doing

Manage sales order fulfillment and coordinate delivery against customer requirements
Track order status, coordinate shipment expediting, and handle rescheduling and exceptions
Monitor stock replenishment and coordinate inventory transfers across locations
Conduct DEFOA analysis and manage return and service order processing
Support internal and external communications with sales, operations, and logistics partners
