Review, draft and negotiate clinical contracts including NDAs and vendor agreements
Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory and organizational policies
Participate in precontract discussions, negotiations and contract changes
Lead or coordinate customer and vendor calls to support contract negotiations
Conduct follow-up communications with customers and vendors on draft and final contracts
