German language proficiency at C1/C2 level; fluent English required

What you'll be doing

Establish and sustain lean culture at Luckenwalde site, implementing foundational lean methodologies and practices
Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead projects delivering quality, productivity, safety, and cost gains
Coach and mentor leadership and staff to drive self-directed continuous improvement across teams
Support Augsburg site lean initiatives and establish best practice sharing between locations
Develop and guide execution of the site's lean transformation roadmap and organizational maturity progression
