  • Proven background in experimental R&D including immunoassay development and assay design
  • Leadership experience directing scientific activities in multidisciplinary R&D or innovation settings
  • Established track record building relationships and driving scientific collaborations with external experts
  • Strong ability to evaluate scientific literature, clinical evidence, and experimental data critically

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as senior scientific expert providing guidance across allergy and allergen science initiatives
  • Lead early-stage innovation projects and scientific collaborations to evaluate and mature product concepts
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical researchers, and academic partners
  • Monitor developments in allergy, immunology, diagnostics and emerging technologies for innovation opportunities
  • Collaborate across R&D and business functions to connect clinical needs with potential solutions and represent organization at scientific conferences
