What you'll be doing

Train and certify new and existing operators on packaging and labeling inspection techniques
Design, schedule, and deliver comprehensive training programs and sessions
Create and maintain defect libraries, inspection test kits, and inspection room documentation
Write and revise inspection and training SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance
Evaluate inspection processes, recommend improvements, and support quality initiatives
