Role summary
Lead Engineer responsible for designing and maintaining security controls across operational technology networks, industrial control systems, and distribution center environments. Serves as subject matter expert for OT network segmentation, threat detection, and compliance, partnering with IT, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure resilient and secure environments.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 6+ years of directly-related or relevant information security experience
- Expert knowledge of OT network security, Purdue Model architecture, and network segmentation
- Experience with industrial control systems, building automation, and IoT device security
- Strong understanding of firewall policy, secure remote access, and IT/OT integration
- Preferred certifications: GICSP, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443, CISM, CISSP, Security+, or Cisco networking certifications
What you'll be doing
- Design and implement security controls for OT networks, industrial systems, and distribution center environments
- Develop OT security policies, standards, and reference architectures across enterprise operations
- Monitor and respond to OT security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities affecting operational systems
- Provide security architecture guidance and consult on technology changes impacting OT environments
- Mentor engineers and support compliance, audits, and security assessments
