Role summary

- 10+ years cybersecurity or IAM experience; 7+ years focused on Privileged Access Management
- Experience leading and developing security engineering teams in large global organizations
- Strong expertise with enterprise PAM platforms (Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp Vault)
- Hands-on knowledge of PAM solutions for Windows, UNIX/Linux, and database environments
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira
- Excellent communication translating complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
What you'll be doing
- Own enterprise PAM roadmap execution aligned with cybersecurity strategy and Zero Trust objectives
- Lead design and delivery of enterprise PAM and secrets management capabilities and modernization
- Lead PAM engineering team, drive execution, remove barriers, and develop team capabilities
- Develop and present PAM posture, risk metrics, and remediation plans to leadership and audit stakeholders
- Partner with IAM Product Owner to manage backlog, ensure service health, and continuous improvement
