What you'll be doing

Develop and execute therapeutic-area data enablement and analytics strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Design and oversee automated data and analytics pipelines ensuring scalability, quality, and regulatory compliance
Lead and mentor analytics team members; strengthen organizational analytics maturity through capability development
Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, advanced visualization) and promote analytical best practices across programs
Partner with clinical, data management, and IT teams to ensure cohesive, interoperable analytics processes
