Role summary
IQVIA seeks a Key Account Manager to drive adoption of a first-in-class women's health therapy across Norfolk and Suffolk. This field-based role focuses on managing primary care relationships while building secondary care influence within NHS settings.

- Pharmaceutical sales experience in Primary Care with Secondary Care exposure preferred
- Strong knowledge of NHS structure, PCNs, ICSs, and referral pathways
- Demonstrated track record launching or growing therapy adoption
- Excellent relationship building, influencing, and objection handling skills
- Analytical, organized, and outcome-driven approach
- Full UK driving licence and ability to manage geographically dispersed territory
What you'll be doing
- Manage and grow a defined territory with 80% Primary Care and 20% Secondary Care focus
- Deliver compliant, tailored product education to GPs, practice nurses, consultants, and specialist nurses
- Identify and shape local treatment pathways aligned with national and regional guidance
- Develop and execute territory business plans supporting national strategy
- Collaborate with secondary care stakeholders on patient identification and pathway development
