Role summary
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Junior Business Analyst to support commercial and financial performance across Southern Africa. The role involves financial reporting, sales analytics, CRM management, and business intelligence to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, data analytics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting tools
- Exposure to CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or equivalent platform
- Working knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ability to translate financial and commercial data into actionable business insights
- Strong communication skills to present data clearly to diverse stakeholders
What you'll be doing
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and budget preparation processes
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and KPI reports across multiple portfolios
- Maintain CRM data quality and generate customer, account, and pipeline analytics
- Build Power BI dashboards consolidating data from CRM, service, and financial systems
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Service, and Marketing teams on process improvements and strategic initiatives
