What you'll be doing
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, connectivity, and mobile device issues onsite and remotely
- Respond to and manage support tickets, escalating complex issues to senior teams as needed
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user equipment
- Support employee onboarding by preparing hardware, installing software, and configuring user access
- Assist with network troubleshooting, conference room technology, and company-wide system rollouts
Compensation$21–26/hr
