What you'll be doing
- Partner with commercial, finance, and market leadership on accounts receivable health and collections performance
- Develop and execute collection and dispute resolution strategies for strategic, high-revenue, high-risk customer portfolios
- Lead AR forecasting, cash flow analysis, and present insights and risks to regional leadership
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance frameworks, and audit requirements across collections activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion adoption of analytics tools and automation across markets
