Role summary
Integra LifeSciences seeks an Inventory Specialist to manage consignment inventory lifecycle and optimization for the Tissue Reconstruction division. The role involves analyzing inventory performance, partnering across functions, and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance consignment portfolio management.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years inventory management, commercial operations, supply chain, finance, or contract administration experience
- Experience with ERP and CRM platforms; Oracle and Salesforce preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; Power BI and PACT experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Manage consignment agreement lifecycle including new agreements, amendments, renewals, and terminations
- Analyze inventory utilization, turns, and sales trends to identify optimization opportunities and risks
- Execute physical and virtual inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and governance standards
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and cross-functional teams to support lifecycle management decisions
- Maintain accurate records across Oracle, Salesforce, PACT, MoveMedical, and related business systems
