What you'll be doing

Apply generative protein design workflows to create and evaluate antibody and miniprotein binders against therapeutic targets
Develop reproducible Python-based computational workflows for protein design, analysis, and candidate ranking
Use physics-based modeling tools to assess binding properties and developability of designed proteins
Support candidate advancement to recombinant expression and experimental characterization assays
Document methods, results, and recommendations for future protein engineering campaigns

Compensation$20.00 - $55.00 hourly
