What you'll be doing
- Research adaptive learning techniques and evaluate applications to compliance training programs
- Explore knowledge reinforcement methods including microlearning, spaced repetition, and scenario-based approaches
- Design and create prototype learning assets such as decision-based challenges, simulations, and interactive quizzes
- Analyze effectiveness measurement methods and develop evaluation framework for reinforcement strategies
- Present findings and recommendations via PowerPoint presentation at internship conclusion
Compensation$19.00 - $55.00 hourly
