What you'll be doing
- Support Corporate Legal group and work with in-house attorneys on legal matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis; draft memoranda with recommendations
- Draft and review contracts; assist with related due diligence activities
- Attend client meetings and provide legal support under attorney supervision
- Present final internship project findings at conclusion of term
Compensation$19.00 - $55.00 hourly; benefits include paid holidays, sick time, and housing stipends for eligible employees
