What you'll be doing

Conduct research and analysis on enterprise transformation, organizational effectiveness, and AI-enabled ways of working
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from surveys, interviews, and diagnostics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Develop presentations, strategic recommendations, and communications for senior leadership and stakeholders
Support design and facilitation of workshops, engagement activities, and interventions to improve organizational performance
Research external best practices and emerging trends in change management, workforce planning, and AI adoption

Compensation$19.00 - $55.00 hourly
