What you'll be doing
- Analyze social media trends and best practices to inform employer branding strategies
- Develop engaging social media posts, graphics, and videos aligned with Gilead's brand
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking employer brand campaigns across channels
- Support creation and distribution of candidate newsletters and talent engagement materials
- Monitor and report on campaign metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvements
Compensation$19.00 - $55.00 hourly
