What you'll be doing
- Analyze employee data, feedback, and workforce trends to identify growth and development opportunities
- Gather insights from diverse global workforce to inform and test employee experience solutions
- Support design and delivery of Growth@Gilead initiatives and learning resources
- Evaluate and apply AI tools and emerging technologies to improve employee access to growth opportunities
- Present findings and contributions in a final presentation at internship conclusion
