- Medical Certified Assistant Laboratory Animal Technician certification desirable
What you'll be doing
- Maintain laboratory records according to SOP and GLP standards; review data for anomalies
- Manage inventory of equipment, animals, and supplies; ensure room and equipment GLP compliance
- Record and review clinical observations, weight data, food consumption, and environmental data
- Learn dosing techniques, animal restraint procedures, and euthanasia protocols
- Report animal health issues and participate in corrective action as needed
