Role summary
Aldevron seeks a remote inside sales representative to drive full-cycle sales of research-grade products and manufacturing solutions while generating qualified leads for cell and gene therapy developers. The role involves managing a client portfolio, supporting technical qualification, and accelerating the clinical pipeline.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, or related field
- 2+ years sales, technical, or customer service experience in life sciences or biotechnology
- Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate complex scientific and technical concepts
- Ability to travel 5-10% for client meetings and company locations
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred
- Prior CDMO, CMO, or CRO services experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Manage full-cycle sales from lead generation through deal closure with funnel discipline
- Grow research-grade client portfolio through value-based selling and order expansion
- Identify and qualify GMP leads for transition to business development managers
- Collaborate with technical sales to support technical qualification and modality solutions
- Partner with customers to solve drug development challenges and accelerate therapies
Compensation$33.65 – $43.27 hourly; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
