Role summary

- CRM system experience (HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred
- CDMO, CMO, CRO, or cell and gene therapy background preferred
What you'll be doing
- Manage full-cycle sales from lead generation through deal closure with disciplined funnel management
- Engage and grow research-grade client portfolio, driving order growth through value-based selling
- Identify and qualify GMP leads for transition to business development managers
- Collaborate with technical sales to support client qualification and modality-based solutions
- Partner with genomic medicine developers to address complex drug development challenges
Compensation$33.65–$43.27 hourly; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
