- Build and manage AWS cloud infrastructure with serverless orchestration for sequencing pipelines
- Configure and support NGS medical device instrumentation systems
- Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell with AI tool assistance
- Orchestrate data processing pipelines from raw sequencing data to final results
Compensation$70,000-$120,000 base
