Role summary
Azenta seeks an Informatics Account Manager to drive sales of FreezerPro®, a web-based sample inventory management system, across the western US territory. The role involves managing customer accounts, delivering product demonstrations, closing sales opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams and distributors to expand market presence.

- Bachelor's degree in Biology or Life Sciences
- 2+ years account management experience selling in lab environments within a defined territory
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license
- Demonstrated consultative sales approach and strong written/oral communication skills
- Knowledge of sample biopreservation, biobanking, or molecular biology markets preferred
What you'll be doing
- Manage and grow FreezerPro® customer accounts within assigned US-West territory
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing customers
- Lead and close complex sales opportunities while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting in Salesforce
- Identify new business opportunities and develop leads proactively
- Partner with distributor representatives and cross-functional Azenta teams to drive sales
