Role summary

Eurofins PSS seeks an experienced scientist to coordinate external in vivo pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies across a drug discovery portfolio. The coordinator will serve as liaison between internal project teams, subject matter experts, and contract research organizations, managing study workflows and ensuring scientific rigor throughout execution.

Bachelor's degree in relevant science with 10+ years industry experience, or Master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 1-3+ years
Demonstrated expertise in in vivo PK, PD, PK/PD, and preclinical drug discovery
Experience with small molecule, peptide, or large molecule PK studies preferred
Experience collaborating with CROs and cross-functional scientific teams
Ability to influence without direct authority and work independently with minimal oversight
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex data into recommendations
Proven capacity to manage ambiguity, changing priorities, and multiple concurrent assignments

What you'll be doing

Coordinate external in vivo PK, PD, and PK/PD studies at contract research organizations
Participate in study design including dose selection, sampling strategy, endpoints, and data interpretation with internal and external stakeholders
Review proposals, protocols, data packages, and reports to ensure timely completion and compliance
Identify risks and knowledge gaps, resolve barriers, and recommend practical solutions across programs
Track requests, manage workflows and logistics while monitoring key performance indicators

Compensation$65,000-$80,000 per year based on education and related experience
