What you'll be doing

Build and maintain relationships with pathology labs, academic medical centers, and clinical trial customers

Manage implementation project schedules, track risks and issues, and communicate progress to customers
Serve as escalation point and application expert for customer support team on rotating on-call basis

Compensation$48,000-$73,600 based on Boston, MA location
