  • Proficiency in R and/or Python with working knowledge of computational spatial analysis tools
  • Hands-on experience with spatial transcriptomics platforms such as 10x Visium or Nanostring CosMx
  • Ability to integrate spatial data with single-cell RNA-seq, proteomics, and imaging datasets

What you'll be doing

  • Lead design, execution, and optimization of spatial transcriptomics studies addressing key biological questions in disease-relevant tissues
  • Characterize tissue architecture, cellular microenvironments, and spatial organization of biological processes
  • Generate and interpret spatial data to derive insights supporting disease biology, target biology, and biomarker strategies
  • Develop and validate robust workflows for sample preparation, assay execution, quality control, and data review
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to inform study design, data interpretation, and program strategy across discovery and development
