What you'll be doing

Serve as strategic HR business partner, aligning people strategies and workforce planning with business objectives
Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, and culture initiatives
Provide coaching on performance management, employee development, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution
Lead HR program implementation in collaboration with Centers of Excellence to ensure consistency and alignment
Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, and compliance with California employment law requirements

Compensation$112,000.00-$154,000.00 base annually
