Role summary

- Advise on performance management, employee development, and resolution of workplace issues
- Support organizational assessments, role alignment, and change management activities
- Partner on compensation planning, job architecture rollout, and salary planning execution
- Facilitate workforce planning, analyze talent data, and support recruitment of high-performing diverse candidates
