What you'll be doing
- Resolve complex HR inquiries via case management, phone, chat, and appointment bookings
- Meet Service Level Agreements for timely, high-quality service delivery
- Provide policy guidance and advanced HR process assistance to employees
- Mentor team members, develop training content, and support onboarding of new staff
- Identify trends and inefficiencies to support service enhancement and HR projects
Compensation$24-$27/hr
