What you'll be doing

Manage full contingent workforce lifecycle from intake through offboarding across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions
Oversee staffing agency performance against SLAs and KPIs, addressing gaps and implementing improvements
Partner with hiring managers to assess business needs and guide contingent hiring decisions
Validate invoices end-to-end, ensure accuracy and compliance, and resolve payment discrepancies
Analyze workforce data and supplier performance to identify trends and implement operational efficiencies
