What you'll be doing
- Conduct detailed investigations into harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace violence allegations
- Coach and support managers in managing attendance issues and performance improvement plans
- Deliver investigation reports with clear documentation and timely communication to stakeholders
- Facilitate learning workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for leaders
- Prepare works council meeting documentation and assist with termination business decisions
