What you'll be doing
- Partner with HCI Leads to build integrated project plans, timelines, and budgets across concurrent initiatives
- Translate strategy into structured workplans and proactively track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
- Maintain regular engagement with external collaborators and coordinate cross-functional logistics across teams
- Manage budget tracking, reconciliation, and milestone monitoring; flag compliance and spending variances
- Compile data for measurement and reporting; prepare materials for governance forums and leadership discussions
