Role summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Health Care Compliance US Regional Lead to provide strategic oversight of compliance and risk management across DePuy Synthes businesses in a regulated healthcare environment. This role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer, leads compliance teams, and advises senior leadership on complex business initiatives while fostering a culture of integrity and sustainable growth.

Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, law, or related field
Minimum 10–12 years progressive healthcare compliance, legal, regulatory, or risk management experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws including Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act
Demonstrated leadership experience in complex, matrixed commercial organizations
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive compliant business decisions
Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks, due diligence, monitoring, and operational risk management
Master's degree (MBA, MPH) or JD preferred; medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred

What you'll be doing

Provide strategic HCC and GCC leadership and oversight across all DePuy Synthes US businesses
Advise senior leaders on complex business initiatives, commercialization strategies, and emerging business models
Embed compliance perspectives into strategy development and business leadership team discussions
Oversee investigations, corrective actions, and resolution of compliance violations and anonymous reports
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing compliance teams while maintaining program effectiveness and accountability
