What you'll be doing

Lead AMER sales operations including annual planning, capacity modeling, and forecasting
Own sales pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and quarterly business reviews with data insights
Build territory plans, coverage models, and addressable market segmentation for account prioritization
Shape GTM AI roadmap by identifying use cases, evaluating solutions, and driving adoption
Drive operational efficiency through process improvement, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives
